HOW TO BOOK Please phone to check if the dates you want are available. We will then hold these dates for ONE WEEK for you to send the attached booking form and £50 deposit to: Mrs Julie Burns, 32 School Road, Peak Dale, Buxton, Derbyshire, SK17 8AP. Please note the deposit is non refundable. Cheques should be made payable to: - Mrs Julie Burns The balance is due one month prior to the start of your holiday. This is non refundable in the event of cancellation, if we do succeed in re-letting the booking we will refund the balance. When we receive the balance we will send you details of how to find the cottage and key. The cottage will be available from 3.00 pm on day of arrival. On the day of departure we ask that you vacate by 10.00 am.
